hee hee.. another loong break.. proves jus one thing... ;) and am not gonna say it !!
so where was i.. ? (secret! ;))
actually i have been working out mentally on how i should be shedding the extra kilos I have put on.. (should have been working out physically actually !!) ..
I always feel a good plan can do wonders.. and so i hav been improvising on it since the time I realized "I need to do something ! It shows !! " ... so the end result is the kilos growing on exponentially and me thinking even more on it !
Lot of options came out of it.. and it did work out for a couple of days..
1) Cycle : I love cycling... ok.. so why it dint work out ... too sunny outside, cycle punctured, too much traffic, had 7 dogs chasing me one day.. they scared the sh** out of me , blah blah ...
2) Jogging: Nothing like music in ur ears and momentum in the feet in sync... so problem yeh thi ki .. no good parks around, parks have dogs who again chase u.. (man .. dont they have better work !!), good parks are too far off , etc, etc
3) Yoga : Now i dont like this v much.. its too slow... but since its kinda common at home.. i thought y not.. easy hai .. no hurry to get up .. no sun problems, and no dogs chasing u.. ! ok.. so what happ?? it wasnt as easy as it looked, i was resting more ('Vrajasana')than i was yoga-ing !
4) Gym : This was the last option...and I thot this will definitely work.. u have people around to inspire..ppl heavier than u.. to remind u that if u dont u ll be them in some time.. and ppl lesser than u.. who u want to become ;) and u have interesting gadgets ....but jab finally gayi.. i felt so claustrophobic .. i said .. No way !!
So am back to square one.. still findng something interesting.. ;) meanwhile stying away from weighing scales and mirrors ;)

I can relate this to the hibenation cycle of the Bear ! ;) Just before winter it bloats up and disappears to a foriegn (undergrnd) locale with all food provisions stocked ;)
Some easy suggestions :
1) Cycle : Cycle faster, u'll burn more calories n outrun the dogs
2) Jogging: Chase n bite all dogs who even intend to do so. More pride in chasing than being chased.
3) Yoga: Himalayas is the place to be. All devis n matas doing great business..
4) Gym: ha ha ha ;)
Try eating more selectively, maybe the results will show. All the best :-)
poor dogs...arre they just wanted to help u out na :)...as for the laziness...adapt a dog from SPCA and you will HAVE to take it out 2 times a day so......problem solved :D
